Have you tried proceeding with the booking, despite the message? I've always understood that message as information, not actually keeping you from completing the booking...

I just had a go with a dummy booking and it definitely let's me through to the payment page, of course I couldn't continue past that without actually buying the ticket. Update us if it works for you!
