Send a secure message, they will almost certainly send back a canned email telling you what the conditions are then asking you for the booking reference, flight class, dates and amounts that the taxes/fees were charged to your card. Even if you send this information in the original request it seems that they have to ask you through the process of sending the pre canned response, and then about 5 days after you reply to that with the required information, they agree that the bonus should have been paid and then they make it happen. I use the heading Account Inquiry because if you choose card benefits they simply refer you to some web pages.
I am so glad I am not alone. I have had to contact Chase for the credit every single time but once! It is so frustrating. Like you, I know what they ask for so I include it in the original email and they still ask for it again. Ugh. I've been thinking about writing a complaint to the FTC as this has literally gone on for the three years that I've had the card, and since I use all $600 each year on both my husband an my cards (so 6 tickets a year), I'm tired of it. The one time it credited automatically was for an economy ticket a couple years ago. I have three business award seats that have not been credited and I'm past two billing cycles on all of them. I've been procrastinating contacting Chase to see if they eventually will post, but I will probably contact them next week. .
