I agree, except when it doesn’t work. Just this week got credit for flights to Europe and intra Europe, and back on AA and BA in May and it took five months to get condor credit last year, and the year before and in all three cases paid business class and lots of emails to Alaska. Have paid J and paid F flights in a week as well as intra Europe flights all on BA again so hoping to see those credits before the end of the year. Being part of OW is great, but it shouldn’t be so frustrating to get credit for partner airlines in a timely fashion and it shouldn’t be on the customer to remind the company to do what they advertised. (Yes, I realize DE is not OW but they have been a partner for many years, it should be simple by now). I’m not a delta fan and being PDX based my options are limited and I’m a raving AS fan but I admit one large international and domestic carrier does have its appeal.
