I just had the very same experience today. In all my 13 years with Chase I have NEVER had such a thing happen. Tried to log in on my phone twice and got message that if I did not agree then I would not have access to my accounts.
Something did not seem right and I decided to do further research. Downloaded that 125 pg document and so far have made it thru pg 34. Am bound and determined to get thru the whole thing.
I, too, am apprehensive as to their motives and especially the timing. Still can access phone bank info and will do so until I decide otherwise. Did however read so far that if you did not access the mobile account on the app for 3 months that you would be denied access. Something is fishy that I am not comfortable with.
