I could not at all understand why I got this promotion, as I have never traveled to the middle East. However, now, it looks like I might be going to Kuwait next week. Of course, I don’t see my company springing for premium tickets.

Sidenote: if I am going just for a few days to do a quick inspection and a consulting project, will I be OK with just a tourist visa? A work visa would be more for if I am trying to get employment in country, right?
