There will be a "Reserve Card $75K Spend Waiver for Unlimited Club Access" of some form for Platinum and/or Diamond Medallions to keep <$300K household income/year corporate travelers in the Delta Reserve ecosystem (or possibly an individual SkyClub membership for Platinum but the Reserve spend waiver is a better deal for Delta so I assume that will be the preferred route).
OP, your doubling of benefits is unlikely, especially the RDM and credits/travel vouchers. Those are very expensive to Delta and directly show up as a cost on their income statement. "Enhancements" to GUCs/RUCs and more similar-cost partnership options are more likely as those are not a net new / incremental cost to Delta (GUCs/RUCs are not direct costs given how much revenue management locks those down; at worst they are missed revenue opportunities).
