Up to $600 Reward Flight Statement Credits

Receive statement credits of $100 for Economy and Premium Economy - or $200 for Business and First Class seats - three times per year, up to $600, when you book a reward flight to London travelling on British Airways and pay taxes, fees and carrier charges with the British Airways Visa SignatureŽ Card.*

I called chase because my award flight in business LAX-LHR-ATH (travel together award) hasn't received the expected 200$ credit. Chase claims that only flights to London qualify. Is this correct?
