Flew CAY-PBM ages ago when Surinam Airways still had MD82s, and ORG-OGL (way more convenient than PBM-GEO) on a Gum Air Cessna 206. TGA also flies ORG-OGL,
Surinam Airways stopped flying PBM-CAY. They resumed PBM-GEO after a pause when they couldn't pay the lease for their planes.

There.are no scheduled domestic flights in The Netherlands, unless you count flights between AMS and the dutch caribbean islands as domestic.
AMS-RTM makes no sense with a high speed rail connecting AMS to downtown Rotterdam. Flights between AMS, MST, GRQ and EIN ended long ago 'cos they couldn't compete with the trains.
Some charter flights fly between dutch airports en route to the mediterranean tourist traps, but they don't sell tickets for the domestic parts.

Austrian sells "flights" between VIE and SZG, but these are train tickets with a flight number, and you can only book them together with an international flight. Salzburg's main railway station has an IATA code, as do many other european railway stations.
