Any recent reports of people using TWOV in Hangzhou (HGH)? Family friend who "works at the airport" is saying that they aren't letting people use TWOV or get out the airport using TWOV. My opinion is that family friend is misinformed and/or has no clue, but of course my parents believe this family friend 100%.
