mileage acrual on BA rev ticket operated by AA

I had an open jaw revenue business purchased with BA.
After a schedule change, I was rebooked from BOS-ORD-LAS(I,I) to BOS-LAX-LAS(D,D), for the better as BOSLAX is a flagship.
For BOSLAX(2611miles), however, I was expecting to earn 3.5x RDM and 2.5X EQM (BA D fares) but earned only 2.5x RDM and 1.5X EQM (AA D fares) and it shows I flew American.
Is this right? AA told it was showing neither AS or AA and I had to make sure AS ff was entered. Maybe this has to do with it?
