Great news, because you are a World of Hyatt status member, you can enjoy complimentary AAdvantageŽ status when you register for the Instant Status PassTM promotion… Register to enjoy instant AAdvantage Platinum ProŽ status. … Register by October 12, 2023, to enjoy instant status benefits for 4 months. The more Loyalty Points you earn in the first 4 months, the higher your status could be.” Same LP goals as posted above: 4 months 25K = Platinum, 42K = Platinum Pro, 67K = Executive Platinum.

Apparently that I’m already LT Plat and almost all my AA flights these days are award flights (HT BankDirect/Bask Bank and various SUBs) thus only 10K LP in 2022 and 5K so far this year (almost all from Hyatt Dual Accrual) is NOT factored into this promotion. Platinum Pro would be nice for the next 4 months when most of my air travel will be on AA awards (so better chance of upgrade and easier same day changes) until I start flying mostly UA (higher weight baggage allowance) for ski season.

** BUT **, the “Register Today” link in the email takes me to the “Promotions” page of my AA account without any Hyatt promotion displayed. I can see several promotions & offers, most of which have been there for a while, but nothing related to Hyatt or the email.
