Concerto, it is working normally for you based on the new normal. Unfortunately the new normal doesn’t include the 10% discount. For many hotel chains you can get an extra discount if you join their Award program. Also for major chains like IHG there are big point bonuses if you have their credit card. So now I am a member of Meliá and Pestana and I am using IHG, Marriott and Hyatt a lot more. I have one upcoming stay with hotels.com but after that they will have to compete a lot harder for my business.
