Now not to be a "smarty pants", but I would be quite confident to say that the Park Hyatt Jakarta is owned by PT MNC Land Tbk (meaning Pak Hary Tanoesoedibjo who owns MNC Group which explains why it is part of MNC Tower & Office complex).

Now the Andaz Bali, GH Bali and Hyatt Regency Bali - AFAIK - belong to PT Wynncor which is (or at least used to be) a joint venture between PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk , JC Hotels Hong Kong, and Hyatt International Corporation. BTW, the recently appointed GM for Andaz Bali & HR Bali is Hervé Mazella who was the GM of PH Tokyo from 2016-2022 IIRC.

Now, HR Yogyakarta, is owned by PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk as well and the main man behind that company is Pak Jan Darmadi, a super influential (and wealthy) Indonesian property developer.
