Yes, but only in Israel would the authorities bring back a smoking area because people are smoking in the toilet cubicles. I am a smoker, but it doesn't really bother me that smoking is becoming less and less acceptable, such is life. On any objective view this is an unusual step....but then again it's Israel.....and I love it.
