Hello,

I subscribe to an airfare deal website and it alerted me to a decent deal SFO-MXP round trip which I had previously purchased and applied for a miles and copay upgrade on the outbound segment. I successfully changed the return to the exact same flights and received a $67 FFC. I checked the outbound flight to Italy and it appears that the same $67 would apply but I am concerned about what would happen to the requested miles and copay upgrade that was previously requested. Any insights?
