Personally, I would definitely book the villa. I was able to do a variety of tours of the rooms at Mandapa and the Mandapa Suite is nice. It is very spacious but all of the non-villas are attached to the main building and has a "condo-like" feeling. I wouldn't be disappointed staying there but after having experienced the villa, it would not be my choice. The villa at Mandapa had the largest private pool that I have had in Bali and we enjoyed spending time and relaxing in the "pool house" next to the pool.
