- The shrimp appetizer was ice cold.
- No dessert cart. The flight attendant went seat-by-seat to offer either a mango custard, plum tart or cheese plate.
- No ice cream sundaes!
- No mid-flight grilled cheese or tomato soup. The snack carts had chips, brownie crisps, chocolates, apples, brown bananas and leftover desserts and cheese plates.
- Breakfast orders weren't taken during boarding. The flight attendant offered eggs (turned out to be an omelette) or toast before serving breakfast.
- The tomato ragout next to the omelette tasted like a bland jarred salsa.
