I can't say that I was angry about the revisions. Disappointed, certainly, since there is no clear path for me to continue to earn any status on Delta without the MQD waiver, but not angry. I understand that the airline must do what the airline feels it must do. I don't take that personally.

What I do take personally and what did make me angry was the condescending email from that twit Dwight James.

Don't tell me you're "deeply grateful for your loyalty" as you prepare to kick me in the balls.

Don't tell me you've heard my "feedback about the complexity of the SkyMiles program" when I've given absolutely no such "feedback". (Anyone who thinks the program as it has existed is too "complex" shouldn't be traveling without a chaperone anyway.)

Don't tell me that you want to "provide me with the best Club experience possible" and then tell me I can't visit the Club whenever I fly on the airline.

In short, Don't Lie To Me!
