Closest foreign country to Hawaii is Kiribati (round trip cruises from Hawaii steamed a whole day to get there and a whole day back) so I imagine that's the flag of the airline of interest. Air Kiribati from Bonriki/TRW via Banana Cassidy airport (CXI)?
