I got locked out because my password changed all by its lonesome. I did all the usual and nothing worked. Called. Tried Chat. No help except wait 24 hrs and they sent another link to change the password. No go. How many days does one wait to get no help. So I figured out a way to hack into my acc't. Very disturbing experience. Now I know how a few people lose Avios by theft.
