Honestly I don't think DL cares to listen to feedback; what they will pay attention to is:
- if new Amex card acquisitions slow down;
- if existing Amex card cancellations increase; and
- if average spend per card decreases on the Amex portfolio
I thought this
post on the delta subreddit did a good job of explaining why submitting feedback is still worth it. Even if you are cynical about if they'll listen. I agree with your other points though. If they stick with these changes then people need to make good on their threats of voting with their dollars.
