I doubt the IT system has developed a difference for 2023 and 2024 flights yet.
The online "estimator" is now showing 0 MQD/0 MQM for 2024 award flights (verified on several DL mainline awards in Main cabin). Although, as noted, it has been notoriously buggy over the years, so I wouldn't put much faith in it's output until DL offers further clarification. The long standing bug of showing 0 MQD/0 MQM earn for awards on DL Connection carriers has never been fixed.
