I’ve just booked a trip to Chile and Easter Island for July. Hotel rates are surprisingly reasonable in Santiago. The Virtuoso offerings are Ritz-Carlton, W, and Mandarin Oriental. Does anyone have a favourite?

And I’d like to spend 2 or 3 nights in Valparaiso. There is no Virtuoso option there. Has anyone here been?
