Starting this week, I will send an Alaska Listens for every flight that doesn't offer the very basic AS PDB standard.
I do quite a bit of flying on non Alaska airlines (mostly Delta) but 5-10 AA and UA each. Amazing how most of the others have a good process and understanding AND desire to do it, and Alaska doesn’t. Hopefully the continuation of feedback back to them gets a prompt. This is an area that most companies want to try and do. What can we do that can add value to our service and has.light cost/effort.
