To further follow up in case anyone is facing the same issue described in my prior post. I finally received an email back from the team that is responsible for OneKey conversions and they confirmed that I am indeed owed one night. However they stated "You will see this reward night reflected in OneKeyCash in a period of 3-4 weeks". So we continue to wait.
