Just brainstorming here, but for a DL flyer in a non-hub, say, in SFO/LAX, maybe it's worth paying for the SCs, assuming it thins the crowds? Heck, if you can promise me SFO's or LAX's SC will be similar to the airline lounges I had grown up with, I'd seriously consider coughing up the $600 or whatever.
