- Overall, our experience was pleasant. The hotel provided the basic amenities needed for a short overnight stay between flights.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
- I booked the cheapest room using 10K Points. The hotel offers two types of rooms: one with a single bed (21sqm) and another with two beds (26sqm). After informing the hotel that two people would be staying, I was placed in the two-bed room.
How are the rooms?
- The rooms aren't luxurious but are functional. They feature a small office desk in front of the TV, a lounging sofa next to the wall, and a bathroom with separate toilet and shower cubicles, with the sink located outside. Due to the proximity to the 24-hour Pudong Airport, there's some noise, but the hotel provides earplugs in the room.
What was good and what was bad?
- Good:
- Shuttle bus service to and from both terminals of Shanghai Pudong Airport.
- Parcel collection service, allowing guests to receive packages.
- Breakfast was impressive, with numerous hot dishes.
- Seamless check-out experience.
- Bad:
- Noise from the nearby Pudong Airport and the metro.

- The stay was booked using 10K Points, and considering the amenities and services provided, it offers decent value. Given the limited hotel options near Pudong Airport, we'll likely choose this hotel again if needed.
