I stayed there last December. I booked the Standard room, no upgrade was given for Diamond, must be full because of the holidays. The front desk did welcome me as a Diamond member after prompting that I have Elite status. She asked me to choose between points or drinks for Welcome Amenity and I had to remind her that breakfast is an option and she apologised straightaway. I had the impression that not a lot of IHG members check in to this place as she had to look at some docs for the benefits. At 12pm the room was ready when I arrived, and I asked for a 2pm late checkout every day when I pass the reception, and they only confirmed it the day of my departure.

Holiday Inn does not occupy the entire building, it is shared with Hop Inn, but if I remember correctly Holiday Inn occupies the higher floors, so pretty decent views. The room is pretty decent. Still feels new when I was there. Breakfast was good, nothing noteworthy, there's a small pool next to it.
