I originally booked Premium Plus and bought the United Club Trip Pass bundle for using at EWR only. Later on, I changed my flights to connect at SFO and also changed my flights to Polaris Business. According to UA website, the bundle should get cancelled and refunded if I voluntarily changed my flights. However, my reservation still shows that I have the United Club Trip Pass and the Trip Pass can be used at SFO only. Since I am in Polaris that already includes access to the Polaris Lounge at SFO. Is it possible to ask UA to cancel and refund my United Club Trip Pass bundle?
