Apology letter from WHQ
This from WHQ in today's mail: "It's (sic) come to my attention that on December 24, 2004, your travel was affected by a delay."
My UX ORD-ROA run was delayed six hours that day due to crew.
The letter is on letterhead and looks machine signed. It had a reference number and is from the director of customer relations.
I was pleased to get the letter and I wonder if the US debacle of the same day may have played a factor in UA sending letters?
