I'm in same boat. I reckon we won't get finer details like that until tomorrow when DL officially releases entire terms.

I will say this...the people lately who have said that the MQD waiver should not apply to international domiciled members because the the MQD Waiver via CC spend is not attainable for most people now holds even less weight. Because Amex spend thresholds are now baked into incremental spend, and international members have to access to DL branded AMEX, then we have no access to earn MQD via spend at all.

Will be interesting to see if there is any provision for this.
