The reply you received is very obviously incorrect, given that you specified you were talking about FM-operated flights. Furthermore, a written email cannot override the published earning criteria so I would advise against you purchasing this ticket on the basis of this very obviously incorrect information and trying to use it to obtain miles and XPs after the fact.

As noted on the linked webpage, the flight in question has to be operated by a Skyteam airline. It is not enough that the flight is in one of the fare classes listed. This vital information is missing from the email (but it present on the linked page).
