We were there during the "Soft Opening" stages. Beautiful Location,But windy.someone spent a Lot of $$$$$$$$$ on this property, But not much to see from the Street Level. I personally do not think the property is doing Great Business.
I agree, the hard product is amazing. We have been three times to Reges and for some reason it reminded me Excelsior Gallia Hotel in Milan. First time we came in June 2020, week after they opened from Covid break. There were maybe 10 rooms occupied at that time. Then we visited in September 2021 and September 2022. It was much bussier but still not crowded. Not sure how high occupancy they need to make profit. I hope that they will do well as I really liked the hotel. They were even sending me birthday wishes every year via WhatsApp
