- Only commercial tickets issued on emirates.com are eligible for discounted Upgrade Rewards.
- Upgrade Rewards issued online through emirates.com or at check‑in are eligible for this discount.
- To avail this discount, an Emirates Skywards member must log in to their Emirates Skywards account on either emirates.com, the Emirates mobile website, or the Emirates App prior to commencing their booking.
