I’m currently due to travel on an LHR-PVG flight tomorrow and return on a HND-LHR flight on Oct 9. For various reasons that are not worth going into here, I will not be travelling on the LHR-PVG flight, but still need the return HND-LHR flight. I understand that if I simply no-show on the outbound, the return leg will automatically be cancelled, but if I were to notify BA of my intent to skip the outbound and return as planned, would I be in luck? Any advice much appreciated.
