I should have been more detailed in my information.

Ambassador agents, obviously, will be more well versed in procedure. The same is true for agents that process emails. The same is true for the Lurkers here. None of these are entry-level positions.

I specifically was referring to anyone who CALLS in and is not an Ambassador, which encompasses the vast majority of members.

It is not impossible you will speak to a phone agent that knows what's what, it's just rare.
