As someone who does this on all our longhaul flights we stopped making individual bags -- and just got one large goodie bag with lots of snacks for the crew and told them to share as they see fit... When we fly back from Japan we buy four boxes of Castella from Bunmeido and the crew is always so thankful.... Often they serve this back to us as a dessert for my wife and I (we love it for breakfast in Japan it goes so well with coffee) as a thanks as it is SO much better than UA food lol -- and it's not unhealthy! Just imagine Sara Lee poundcake without all the butter....
