I can see DL creating a branded first class fare that includes SkyClub access and maybe some other bells and whistles to make it appear as a plausibly valuable bundle, but it will be at least $100-150 each direction over the lowest first class fare, if it happens. Zero chance every paid F ticket gets into the club, IMHO.
Trivia: Does DL offer any nonstops in US 50 with no SC at either airport? Those in paid F connecting with a quick 30-50 minute connection could also have no time for SC access (e.g. BUF>SAV with a very quick stop in ATL).
