I am sure this has been accelerated by the lack of business travel compared to pre Covid.
They have to adjust to the changing times.
UA is pure spend now; with exception to partner earning.
DL is hybrid, but for how long is the question.
I was more thinking of the likes of Alaska, still pure distance.
