My bet is 1-3% MQM conversion. So my 425,000 MQM balance will deduct 125,000 MQMs for DM and I will rollover 300,000 on 1/1/24. This gets me (in 2024 only) a $3,000-$9,000 MQD head start. So if DM is a $250k combination of Amex spend plus MQDs (at 10:1) then $150k of Amex spend plus $10,000 MQDs will meet the requirement. For 2024 I would only have to do $1,000-$7,000 MQDs.

The people who got screwed in the past had $14,000 MQDs plus $200,000 Amex spend so they would be PM. Now they could combine both and become DM.
