I seem to be going around in circles. If anyone could shed any light on who really is responsible or any next steps before I take legal action or who to direct it to I would be grateful!
This is their plan. I too fell into a similar situation and was professionally handled from pillar to post and back again by Iberia a couple of years back.
They ending up winning as I decided that the fight was not worth the agro and frustration I was wading through. I made up my mind never to book with them ever again. I have flown Iberia since ( indeed I have 4 IB flights next month ) however I will only book them via Ba.com as its easier to deal with when things go pear shaped
I understand Whiz have a similar policy and I won't fly them either.
All the best in your plight, I hope you get further than I did.
