On a LA flight the lounge entitlement surely won't exist since LA isn't skyteam.

But on a DL flight, them being part of skyteam, technically a lounge entitlement must exist. Perhaps in this situation, access will be made available? Perhaps the one that AFKL use, by gate 21(?) I think.

The Gol lounge in T2 isn't much to talk about anyway. So I don't think you're missing much. If you have Amex Plat by any chance, there is a Centurion lounge in T3 and the Plaza Premium in T2. Both are quite good.
