To the OP, hi from central Arkansas. If you choose to stick with AA to ZRH you are going to have to double connect. I wouldn't count on them adding anything that will make it a one-stop. Sometimes I've been known to give myself an overnight somewhere to break up the trip. So my vacation to Prague, also becomes a trip to London for example. But if you absolutely want a one-stop, UA through ORD is probably your best bet.
