Making flight arrangements today and unable to select a PC seat without a $58 up charge for the selection. It’s NOT a saver fare. 100K currently and just passed 75K for this year on a flight yesterday. (btw no email acknowledging 75K and thus none of the benefits .

On phone now and the CS person doesn’t even know the rules and first reaction tells me the window for PC selection isn’t until 5 days before flight in October. Now on hold for another 10 minutes. Speaks to “another agent” and tells me same story.
