I have had exact same with LH Group. LX denied my EC261 claim by first denying my flight was even cancelled, then denying I suffered a delay and then claiming weather was responsible.
I sued and they settled.
I know the law firm they use, its based in Derby isn't it?
Also had LH deny me 261 over a cancellation because 'operational reasons' are an 'extraordinary circumstance' apparently.
Such a lying company, unbelievable.
One word of caution, your flight was from Poland to Republic of Ireland on a German airline. I do not think England and Wales Court have jurisdiction. LH lawyers could have disputed jurisdiction. I am glad they did not.
