LO, OU and JU all use iPort whereas LH/OS/LX would allow online check-in through own app/website with a message displayed at the end of the process stating [something along the lines of] "Electronic boarding pass not available, please go to the check-in counter at the airport". Whilst I've never flown W6 out of SJJ, judging however from the queues I used to see before their EIN flights (no longer operating), I am guessing that the modus operandi is exactly the same, ditto for TK and the others (again, judging by the flooding queues filling the whole check-in area before IST/SAW and all the other flights to the Middle East...). I wonder whether it has all to do with the airport's own security procedures (boarding passes get stamped just before accessing the security/passport area).
