And are you sure you're entering the PNR correctly? 0/O I/l etc...
Do you have a copy of the e-ticket in your email from whenever you originally made the booking? How did you make this booking? (Direct with AF or KL or Delta? Via a travel agency? Is it a mileage redemption? Is it a cash ticket?
