I rang up BA (Silver line) today to make a change to a booking after the website kept giving an error. The agent said he couldn't match the price quoted by the website (upgrade from WT to WTP for LGW to DOH for £260) and suggested that it wasn't a real fare and must have been a glitch - hence the error - and that the proper commercial fare would be much higher.
