No quiet rooms available in the lounge two nights ago, showers had a queue during rush hour... After that, the lounge was totally deserted but no quiet rooms and no space to sleep (same goes for original al M btw). Very typical of QR to spend a lot of money on a shiny big space that is empty most of the time but still struggle with basic functionality and providing what people need during these overnight layovers that they sell. Good reminder of why I moved my OW flying to AY despite the fact that these lounges really are stunning and have great food options etc.
