Jumping into it with both boots and carrying a shovel, the Hayward airport has a helicopter service. It is about a 15 minute ride from Napa to Hayward at a cost starting at about $350 per seat, don't know how many seats you have to buy. Then you could Uber over to SFO.
Just curious, has the OP already completed this task?
